Shipping Instructions
Delivery of Work
The Next Picture Show Gallery requests that all works be delivered to the gallery between April 23 and 30.
Include with your painting a check in the amount of $20 (payable to the IWS) to cover the handling fee. You can pay with cash, just make sure you put it in an envelope marked you’re your name. Your painting will not be shown without this.
- Identify your work on the back with your contact info and title.
- No peanut packing, please!
- Shipped works MUST be glazed in plexiglass.
- Your painting must hang in the gallery to be eligible for an award.
Shipping
If you are shipping your work, mark shipping boxes (please, no wood crates. Airfloat ‘Strongbox’ packaging is preferred) with “IWS 32nd Show”. You must enclose a pre-paid return shipping label (FedEx or UPS). The gallery shipping address is:

Return of Work
The show closes on May 28 and shipped work will be repacked and returned as soon as possible. Hand delivered work may be picked up at the gallery from May 28 through June 4. Gallery hours are 10 am – 4 pm. If you need to make special arrangements, please call the gallery at 815-285-4924.
Note: The gallery is closed on Sunday and Monday.
